Steph's Glass is Half Full

Optimistic (and often pessimistic) raves and rants about the many things that can go wrong with an old house, cats who leave me hairballs each day, a job I love but get burned out with and my wonderful husband who I at times, want to hiss at. Also included are my yays and nays about my travels into the world when performing necessary tasks such as grocery shopping, being thrown together with complete strangers, thrown together with strangers and their strangeness.

I Passed

Woohoo! Scored 100 on my Pharmacology test! Just one more test and then on to the 2nd. semester finals and then my Practicum.

Whenever I ace a test, Marty treats me to a McDonald's Happy Meal. Yeah, cheap meal, but the reward is eating fast food, something we don't do very often.

Dora's brain is still missing. She was asked to help collect a urine speciman from a small dog with paralyzed rear legs who couldn't stand or lift her hind end up. We were going to get the sample with a urinary catheter, looked all over for the dog and for Dora. We found the dog lying in the grass outside in the yard area with Dora trying to coax her to urinate while also trying to place the large potty pan under the dog's rear end.

Duhduhduh Dora.
