Yays and Crap

This is Poppy. She is coming out of her timid shell and should be ready for adoption soon. She is quite a sweet kitten.

Gus and Jaques were adopted. That's a YAY!

A crap: My broken finger is not healing. The latest x-ray five weeks after the break still showed the gap in the bone and no calcification or callus of the bone parts which meant no healing occurred. I was referred to an orthopedic hand specialist and since it was an emergency, was able to get an appointment for the 22nd. rather than waiting until the end of September.

By the time of the appointment, it will be seven weeks in this freaking splint and one handed. Crap.

To end this post on a positive note, a big YAY to Edie and Nicki for helping me at work and putting in many many many extra hours. They are angels in disguise.
