A Wedding with Sushi

Amanda wanted to incorporate heritage into the wedding which includes her Japanese and Jeremy's Swedish ancestry. The reception foods will include sushi and swedish cuisine.
My mom and I are spending Friday making the sushi. No raw fish stuff, just inari sushi and basic rolls. I am looking forward to learning how to make my favorites and how to season the rice.
