Burned House

The burned house still sits with no changes. Did the owners have insurance? The property is fenced off with chained link fencing. House and fencing are definately a turnoff to prospective buyers of several homes for sale or rent in the neighborhood.

I'm sorry for the family's loss of their home and all their personal belongings. But it's done and needs to be fixed. The insurance company, if there was one, needs to step up and clean this mess.

If no insurance, I understand and won't fault the home residents for the blight on the neighborhood.
