Steph's Glass is Half Full

Optimistic (and often pessimistic) raves and rants about the many things that can go wrong with an old house, cats who leave me hairballs each day, a job I love but get burned out with and my wonderful husband who I at times, want to hiss at. Also included are my yays and nays about my travels into the world when performing necessary tasks such as grocery shopping, being thrown together with complete strangers, thrown together with strangers and their strangeness.

My Fantastic Tuesday

Work at the clinic was busy today, but I was in great spirits because Monday was my last night of closing. I will no longer be vacuuming, mopping and restocking after the clinic closes for the night and getting home at 9PM.

I will still have to close occassionally because even though I am the senior and Lead Vet. Asst., I designated myself as the fill-in person to help cover shifts when someone calls in sick or takes time off. But hey, it's not my regular shift anymore and I am dancing and singing today.

Also, I received my last grade for Diagnostic Imaging class today. That means I am now registered for the next course, Pharmacology. WOOHOO!

Pharmacology is the last course for Semester 2. After I complete that, I take a Proctor Test of all the semester courses (5 hours to complete 6 Finals all in one sitting) and perform a 225 hr. practicum of hands-on work in a clinic.

Yep, I am having a fantastic Tuesday.
