Day Off

Everyone knows I am not a morning person. Today was my day off and I slept in until noon after going to bed at 4AM. I got eight hours sleep.

I spent the rest of the day scrubbing the kitchen, doing laundry and sweeping the floors. Plus the daily flower watering and the time spent with each cat. The evening was used to catch up on the paperwork for my kitty rescue organization and I finally got free time at 11PM. The next hour or so will be spent relaxing playing pc games.

That is how my days off go right now since it has been so long since I was able to have a day off. No relaxation time until late in the night because I need to catch up on months of housecleaning that my previous work hours made me unable to stay up on. The house is a mess and needs hardcore deep cleaning. Days off? Nope, not with the housecleaning but at least I can sleep in.
